As proven long-term developers and operators in Mexico of ocean front and ocean view real estate, Será Sustainable Capital is currently launching our next boutique hotel/retreat and real estate offering in the most desirable locations along the Mexican Riviera Nayarit coastline as well as other parts of Mexico to capture the growing demand for highly affordable and well designed vacation rentals and purchasing opportunities.

With a combined 50+ years of development and construction experience in Mexico, our U.S. based group is opening Fund III to be able to accelerate and take advantage of the growth of both the younger generation and the Baby Boomer generation in expanding markets as they seek to travel and retire in Mexico.

Fund III will focus primarily on new sustainable hotel development including use of shipping containers and other construction processes designed for quick, efficient execution, and targeted on the growing low cost explorer/traveler. The growth will be primarily under the ONDA and Local Tribe brands and will provide guests with a low cost and unique vacation and residential experience. In certain locations branded homes will enhance payback and returns to investors. This model has been proven in destinations around the world with brands including the Four Seasons Resorts, Setai Resorts and St. Regis Resorts.

Founders Fund III Summary

  1. There will be a 12% annual interest payable quarterly; minimum investment $25,000.

  2. Throughout the payout process, Fund III shall receive a priority payout secured by cash flows of 60% until payback, plus interest as a priority payout.

  3. Founding Members and immediate family will enjoy one week per year of complimentary stays at any of our current developed properties and other soon to be released properties. (Stays will be based on availability and exclude the weeks of Christmas and New Years). The complimentary family stays will be available to Founding Members until achieving payout.

  4. In the event of any new development includes the option to purchase one of our new residences, Founding Members will be offered preferential pricing of a minimum 10% below prices offered to the general public for a period of 90 days.

  5. Upon achieving payout, Fund III will own 10% of the development properties.

    (Note: This offering is strictly for Accredited Investors and falls under the rules of non-registered (Reg. D Offering). Regulation D relates to transactions exempted from the registration requirements of section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 (The Act) (15 U.S.C. 77a et seq., as amended).
