Mario Guajardo
Mario has over 25 years experience with international luxury residential and resort development in the United States, Latin America and abroad. Areas of work and development include major resort destinations in Mexico such as, Punta de Mita, Bucerías, Baja Peninsula and Cancun.
Specialties include business development, investment strategy, new site selection, funding, implementation and execution of projects.
Mario has worked within the investment community including Paine Webber, Jackson Curtis, as well as founded Sera Resorts, ONDA Surf Hotel, Local Tribe Hotels and TacoxMezcal by working with major institutional investors to fund and develop luxury residential and resort projects as well as multiple restaurants.
